Any product purchased directly from Livenupsolutions either online at www.livenupsolutions.com or over the phone with one of our Consumer Service Agents has a 30 days return policy from the date of delivery with the following conditions being met.


  • Returned Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you.
  • Returned Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Consumer is responsible for sending the merchandise back at their own cost.
  • Shipping cost for merchandise returned that meets all reimbursement criteria is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on livenupsolutions assessment and return conditions.
  • Insofar as the company is liable for any cost claim or demand whatsoever of the Customer, the liability of livenupsolutions shall be limited (at the discretion of livenupsolutions) to:
    (a) Replacing the defective goods
    (b) Making good the defect
    (c) Allowing a part or full credit for the cost of the defective goods or work done on them by us.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for any used items.
  • Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
  • Shipped merchandise and are not received, you are not eligible to request a refund.
  • The merchandise to be returned must be as ordered and described in the product link (invoice, Items description) 
  • Customized products are excluded from returns and refunds.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Digital products the like DVD,CD, Software, programs, etc. are excluded from returns and refunds.
  • If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request per email (livenupsolutions@gmail.com) Return request must be raised within 3 days for all items from the date of delivery.
  • Depending on where you live (delivery address), the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Credits will only be made to the original credit card (payment facility, account, etc.) used for the purchase will be issued upon us receiving merchandise and all of our return conditions have been met.


Cancellations of orders placed on www.livenupsolutions.com are not allowed. However, the exceptions are:

  • order can be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed on our system and/or before midnight the same day of placing the order. 
  • Delayed delivery to your given delivery address, due to extended shipping time, or due to events like local or global pandemic related restrictions, disasters, etc. are not eligible for cancelations or refunds.
  • Cancellations (for e.g. due to an error in software application) may be effected via the Site provided that the product has not been processed on our system.
  • livenupsolutions reserves the right, to retain any portion of fees retained by the bank (if any) as a result of the cancellation.

If your returned item does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

If your return request has been rejected after inspection, the item will be delivered back to you at your cost between estimated 5-25 days. Item will be disposed after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given. If your return request was rejected based on given and not met requirements for return and/or refund we might reject the goods on delivery and items will be sent back to you at your cost.

It is important to indicate the Order Number, Invoice Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

In any case of return request, you are required to contact us per email (livenupsolutions@gmail.com) upfront with indicating the reason for return/refund request, before sending the goods to the provided address by us! You also may be required to provide pictures of the goods you intend to return.
